My Approach

I always aim to create a safe space in which my clients feel comfortable sharing with me their difficulties and concerns. Together, we develop and practice strategies that they can hone as they work towards improving their well-being. To further support their progress, I collaborate with parents to determine appropriate methods and recommendations that they can use in order to strengthen their child's personal growth. I use my specialisation in Educational Psychology as well as course work in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) as a framework for creating an individualised and holistic approach to personal betterment. My 10 + years of professional experience working with children and teens allows me to build trust and gives me a window to understanding their lived experiences and worldviews.
